"Progress of the "ERP Project

In the first week of December 2012, Changqiang Steel System held a mobilization meeting for the ERP project, calling on all staff to learn ERP and participate in ERP, requesting the hand of each unit to pay attention to and cooperate with the implementation of the project, and to include the implementation of the project in the unit assessment. Previously, Changqiang Iron and Steel System had funded the purchase of the software required by Oracle Software for the ERP project, and had carried out the preliminary preparations. After the mobilisation meeting, the ERP project team was formally established at the seamless steel pipe plant as the information implementation, promotion and maintenance department for the ERP project, with Xu Zhen, Director of the Network Department of Changqiang Steel System, as the project director, Huang Xiangying, Deputy General Manager, and Huang Yuan, Office Director, as the external project manager. and office director Huang Yuan as the project external coordination person in charge, and hired Guangdong SAI technology company specialized technical staff of 14 people as project team consultants, by the system of each enterprise in each department as a key user to learn to use ERP, to be ERP project fully online, and then by key users to teach and guide the use of ordinary staff in each department. The first three weeks after the project was launched, the project team first researched the business of each department of each enterprise and carried out training on ERP principles and fundamentals; in January 2013, the project team sorted out the business processes of each department, analysed the daily business needs of the department and collected relevant data. After the Chinese New Year, we started to design solutions for specific business processes and write the corresponding program system. The system setup, testing, customisation, user training and other tasks were carried out in an orderly manner and according to schedule. Since the start of the project, members of the project team have often worked overtime to engage in intense study and work, and have held weekly meetings and monthly meetings to discuss progress. By the first week of June, the ERP system was first fully online in Changjiang Steel Pipe Company, and according to plan, it is expected to be online in Seamless Steel Pipe General Factory in the first week of July and in Changqiang Steel Company Limited in the first week of September. After going online, all employees of CK Steel system will fully use the management software to manage their daily work.

In the process of process combing, to establish a reasonable process that reflects the chairman's business management philosophy and future development direction, the process suggestions made by the project team need to be repeatedly analysed, communicated, discussed and judged, and amended to finally form a suitable process to be fixed, and then informatised for work and graded authorisation of relevant departments. After the process is fixed and the system is set up and tested, the chairman of the board opens the computer and logs into the ERP system, he can review the business operation status of all departments of Changqiang Iron and Steel's entire system and click on the relevant button to carry out business approval and other related operations, and the relevant departments can also keep abreast of the chairman's approval progress and related instructions for the business. In short, most of the work that previously required face-to-face communication can be carried out within the ERP system, greatly improving efficiency. In addition, as the approval amount and approval authority for financial and other related operations are hierarchically authorised, administrative human intervention is also avoided.
