Production Equipment

Cold-drawn production line: It has 1 set of Φ60mm perforation units, 4 sets of Φ50mm perforation units, 16 sets of 5-120 ton cold-drawn machines, 3 roller-bottom heat treatment furnaces, and an annual output of 150,000 tons of cold-drawn seamless steel pipes of Φ10-114mm.

Hot-rolling production line: It has 1 set of Φ159mm and Φ273mm automatic precision hot-rolling mills, 2 quenching and tempering heat treatment furnaces, and 2 sets of refined oil casing rear turning wire processing lines, with an annual output of Φ76-377mm hot-rolled seamless steel pipe 400,000 tons.

Thermal expansion production line: It has 6 sets of thermal expansion units, equipped with a high degree of automation of hydraulic propulsion thermal expansion machine, box-type heat treatment furnace, as well as internal and external shot blasting/polishing, hydraulic straightening, beveling and other equipment, with an annual output of Φ356-1420mm large-diameter seamless steel pipe more than 60,000 tons.The production line is equipped with highly automated thermal expansion and heat treatment equipment, non-destructive flaw detection, water pressure, physical and chemical testing equipment, internal and external shot blasting/polishing, beveling and other equipment, strictly in accordance with various domestic and foreign standards and technical agreements to produce high-grade, high-quality large-caliber seamless steel pipes, and can provide nine national classification societies inspection, third-party inspection and other services according to customer requirements.

Supporting equipment for each production line: steel pipe eddy current flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic leakage flaw detection, hydrostatic test, pipe end magnetic powder machine and other testing equipment.

The physical and chemical test center is equipped with: direct reading spectrometer, metallographic inspection, impact testing machine, hydraulic universal testing machine, high temperature tensile testing machine, hardness tester and other test equipment.
