From 6 to 9 May, the Iran International Oil & Gas Exhibition 2015 was held at the Tehran Exhibition Centre in the Iranian capital, with an exhibition area of 80,000 square metres and a total of 44 halls. Organised by the Iranian Ministry of Oil, the exhibition has grown in scale since its inception in 1995 and has now developed into a large and influential oil, gas and petrochemical equipment exhibition in Iran and the Middle East.

Iran is rich in oil and gas resources, with proven oil reserves of 12.2 billion tonnes, accounting for about 1/9 of the world's reserves and ranking fifth in the world; proven natural gas reserves of 26 trillion cubic metres, accounting for about 16% of the world's reserves, second only to Russia, ranking second in the world. Its oil industry is quite developed and is the backbone of Iran's own industry. The large-scale construction of large oil and gas projects in the Iranian region and the maintenance and regular renewal of the production equipment being used have created a better opportunity for Chinese oil, gas and petrochemical equipment manufacturers to export to the Iranian market; senior members of the domestic oil industry point out that the level and technology of China's oil equipment are adapted to the Iranian market, and the trade prospects for entering the Iranian market and steadily expanding its market share are very broad. This exhibition gathers many international excellent equipment suppliers and attracts professional buyers from various oil producing countries.

In order to further develop the Iranian market, under the planning and guidance of our company leaders, the Foreign Trade Department went to Iran to attend this industry event. In order to achieve the expected effect, we made meticulous and comprehensive preparations in the company before departure, using posters, brochures, easy-to-use posters and other ways to enhance the effect of the booth. During the four-day exhibition, our stand attracted many local and neighbouring countries' buyers to discuss with us, and we introduced our brand and products to our guests. After returning home, several companies have already sent us enquiries to discuss cooperation.
