On the 25th of August, the International Trade Department of Metal Fabrication received a response from Pertamina (Indonesia's national oil company) regarding the certification of JST oil casing, confirming that JST oil casing is on their product qualified supply list.

Indonesia is the largest producer of oil and gas in South East Asia and Pertamina, headquartered in Jakarta, is the largest oil company in Indonesia. Obtaining Pertamina's market share is of great significance to the development of the Southeast Asian market. The leaders of the plant attached great importance to this, and held several meetings on the subject of certification in conjunction with the Department of International Trade to make detailed arrangements. In order to ensure that the certification was passed smoothly, external audit experts were invited to the plant a week before the formal audit and three practical drills were arranged. After the subsequent on-site audit by a four-member audit team from Pertamina, JST oil casing successfully passed the certification.
